About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Penzberg. As a key member of our regional office, you'll oversee various projects for the biopharma and life science industry, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution and quality control on the construction site.
  • Develop and implement effective construction site procedures and work processes.
  • Monitor and review construction progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organize daily coordination meetings and work schedules, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in site inspections and acceptance tests, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Record and track defects, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in construction engineering, management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules, and technology.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and CAD skills.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, demonstrate initiative, and commitment, with a high degree of flexibility.
