As a key member of our regional office in Penzberg, you will be responsible for managing industrial projects in the biopharma and life science industry. Your tasks will include construction management, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring quality on the construction site.

  • Construction management of industrial projects
  • Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site
  • Coordination of the construction site, procedures, and work processes
  • Control and review of construction progress
  • Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
  • Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
  • Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
  • Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture, or similar
  • Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
  • Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules, and technology
  • Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
  • Fluent German (both written and spoken)
  • English language on a communicative level
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
