Guest Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Charlottenburg. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and effortless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire our reception team to provide outstanding customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing overbooking levels, ensuring accurate room assignments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to ensure that our team is working together effectively to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the Front Office budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff, suppliers, and local partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
