Job Title: Guest Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Charlottenburg. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and effortless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire our reception team to provide outstanding customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing overbooking levels, ensuring accurate room assignments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, and that any issues or concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, colleagues, and partners to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
