Ventilation Systems Installation Manager

Site Management Responsibilities
- As a site manager, you will oversee the construction and installation of ventilation systems and vapour bonnets for paper machines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- You will coordinate with customers and external installation companies, instructing them on contractual services and monitoring their performance.
- Effective site logistics management, including material flow and deadline adherence, is crucial for this role.
- Quality and occupational safety of assembly work carried out by external companies will be under your supervision.
- Regular documentation of construction progress, including claim management, is essential.
Required Profile
- You should have completed training in ventilation construction or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in ventilation system construction and installation are desirable.
- Proficient user knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Excellent command of German and very good command of English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- You should possess independence, personal responsibility, and strong communication skills, with regular contact with customers and subcontractors.
- Unrestricted willingness to travel internationally (EMEA) is mandatory.
