About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction and installation of ventilation systems and vapour bonnets for paper machines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold construction meetings with customers and external installation companies to discuss project progress and timelines.
  • Instruct external companies and monitor their contractual services to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement a forward-looking view of the construction site logistics chain, including material flow and deadline management.
  • Monitor the quality and occupational safety of assembly work carried out by external assembly companies.
  • Regularly document construction progress, including claim management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Completed training in ventilation construction or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in the construction and installation of ventilation systems.
  • Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office applications.
  • A good command of German and a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A proven track record of independence, personal responsibility, and high-level communication skills, with experience working with customers and subcontractors.
  • An unrestricted willingness to travel internationally (EMEA).
