About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation System Manager to join our team at Voith Group.

Your Tasks

  • As a Ventilation System Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of ventilation systems and vapour bonnets for paper machines.
  • You will hold construction meetings with customers and external installation companies, instruct external companies, and demand their contractual services.
  • You will have a forward-looking view of the construction site logistics chain (material flow) and monitor adherence to deadlines.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and occupational safety of assembly work carried out by external assembly companies.
  • Regular documentation of construction progress, including claim management, is a key aspect of this role.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed training in ventilation construction or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in the construction and installation of ventilation systems is desirable for this position.
  • You have proficient user knowledge of common MS Office applications.
  • You have a good command of German and a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Your way of working is characterised by independence, personal responsibility, and a high level of communication skills, as you are in constant contact with customers and subcontractors.
  • An unrestricted willingness to travel internationally (EMEA) is mandatory.
