Überblick über die Aufgaben
Als Housekeeping Supervisor bei Marriott International bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung der Spätschichten und die Sicherstellung, dass unsere Zimmer und Etagen nach JW-Standards gereinigt wurden. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeiter alle notwendigen Materialien haben und informierst das gesamte Housekeeping-Team über die Besonderheiten des Tages im täglichen Line-Up-Meeting.
Deine Aufgaben
- Die Leitung der Spätschichten und die Sicherstellung, dass unsere Zimmer und Etagen nach JW-Standards gereinigt wurden.
- Die Sicherstellung, dass unsere Mitarbeiter alle notwendigen Materialien haben.
- Die Informierung des gesamten Housekeeping-Teams über die Besonderheiten des Tages im täglichen Line-Up-Meeting.
- Die prompte und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen aller Art.
- Die professionelle Einarbeitung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter.
- Die Verwaltung von Bestellungen und Ausgaben für Materialien und Guest Supplies.
- Die Unterstützung bei Inventuren und der Verwaltung unseres Lost & Found.
Deine Qualifikationen
- Eine Liebe zum Detail und ein aufmerksames Auge.
- Qualitätsbewusstsein und Flexibilität.
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch - jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie oder fundierte Arbeitserfahrung im Housekeeping.
- Team-Work-Gedanken und Lust, Deine Begeisterung und Dein Wissen zu teilen.
- Eine positive Ausstrahlung im Umgang mit Menschen.
- Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
