About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Drakestrasse Betriebsgesellschaft mbH. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our luxurious hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify any technical issues
  • Implement and maintain our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Inspect public areas, including offices and storage facilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Manage lost and found items
  • Take charge of housekeeping operations during your shift
  • Anticipate and meet the special requests of our guests, including handling complaints
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with flexibility and a sense of urgency
