Sport Design Sweden is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge in driving sales of exclusive, customized merchandise collections to sports clubs and ski resorts across Europe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, accountable for the market's financial outcomes, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales and profitability for Sport Design Sweden in the DACH area
- Build and manage a sales team
- Responsible for the market's financial outcomes, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Sell directly to customers, enter orders in the system, and ensure revenue is built up
- Lead and take responsibility for the entire sales process from start to finish to achieve and contribute to an expanded customer base
- Ensure successful product delivery to customers by effectively presenting design ideas and connecting customer needs with internal teams such as design, production, logistics, and accounting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. French language skills are highly advantageous
- Driver's license (B)
- Passion for sports, travel, and design
- Industry experience is highly advantageous, experience in textiles is a merit but not a requirement
