About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the cultural engagements and administrative work required for the functioning of the Tagore Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office of the Director, scheduling meetings with key cultural stakeholders, and planning, organising and executing events. They will also be involved in social media strategy, content creation, and management of social media handles and email newsletter.
Additionally, they will assist with photo and video editing, preparation of reports and record-keeping, and maintenance of stationery and stock registers.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- B2 level proficiency in German and excellent English language skills- both written and spoken.
- German / EU / Indian citizenship (with valid work and residence permit) or student visa.
- Proficient in MS Office& IT skills including creating presentations and preparing excel sheets.
- Able to create social media strategy based on key objectives & deliverables, draft and post on social media, and monitor social media.
- At least 2 years' experience in a field relevant to the job description.
Knowledge of the cultural landscape in Germany & India is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess analytical and structured way of working with high level of reliability and proactive approach, communicative and friendly personality, team spirit and intercultural competence.
