Digital Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Analyst to join our team at TLGG in Berlin-Kreuzberg. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing performance data across all relevant social media channels, developing social media strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and leading a small team of analysts.
Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in marketing analytics and/or related areas, solid knowledge of social media analysis tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent German and English language skills.

- Develop social media strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Lead a small team of analysts
- Ongoing optimization and automation of data processing and processes

Requirements- Several years of professional experience in marketing analytics and/or related areas (social media, marketing strategy, paid media, automation, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data visualization and interpretation
- Creativity and innovative spirit, along with the ability to think strategically and solution-oriented
- Ability to build trust with clients
- Excellent German and English language skills
