About the Role

We are seeking an Exchange Relations Strategist to become an integral part of our finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide. You will also connect our cutting-edge blockchain technology with major cryptocurrency exchanges, manage exchange partnerships, facilitate listings, and ensure seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges globally.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts for new listings and ongoing collaborations with cryptocurrency exchanges.
  • Oversee market makers, listing processes, and ensure compliance with all exchange requirements.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with exchanges.
  • Prepare detailed reports on exchange performance, trading volumes, and partnership outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between exchanges and our internal teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate exchange-related activities and announcements.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure smooth integrations and functionality of our assets on various platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues or discrepancies with exchange partners.
  • Ensure all exchange activities comply with relevant local and international regulations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for our operations and strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and perform risk assessments.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to exchange activities and liquidity metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with overall company goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of various blockchains.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements.
