Deine Aufgaben im Überblick
Du bist verantwortlich für die vollständige Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle für die zugewiesene rechtliche Einheit. Ebenso übernimmst du die Aufgaben der Anlagebuchhaltung in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und führst den Monatsabschluss durch. Du führst die Abschlussarbeiten im Hauptbuch unter Berücksichtigung der festgelegten Prozesse, gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie der durch den Bereich Rechnungslegung definierten Fachkonzepte und Richtlinien durch. Darüber hinaus erstellst du Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für die entsprechenden juristischen Einheiten. Du bist zuständig für die Vorbereitung der Unterlagen zur Steuerberichterstattung. Zudem begleitest du den Inventurprozess, stehst bei Fragen zur Verfügung, führst Abweichungsanalysen durch und untersuchst die Ursachen wesentlicher Differenzen.Das bringst du mit
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Bilanzierung und Bewertung nach deutschem Recht. Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Periodenabschluss, Haupt- und Nebenbuch sowie in der Buchhaltung für Anlagevermögen. Du bist bestens vertraut mit Buchhaltungstechniken und -standards sowie den Grundsätzen der Rechnungslegung (HGB). Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einem verhandlungssicheren Niveau. Der routinierte Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie mit SAP S/4HANA (Modul FI) ist für dich selbstverständlich. Dein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, deine IT-Affinität, analytisches Denken und Verhandlungsgeschick zeichnen dich aus.
