Corporate Accounting Lead

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant with expertise in IFRS Standards to become a vital part of our Corporate Controlling & Corporate Accounting division. The Senior Corporate Accountant will work closely with colleagues on Group Accounting, Consolidations, Disclosure, and Support for Closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements for the organization
  • Support both domestic and international subsidiaries in their consolidated financial reporting
  • Prepare necessary disclosures for external IFRS compliance
  • Engage in valuation inquiries and accounting responsibilities
  • Collaborate with auditors and subsidiary teams
  • Conduct analysis of balance sheets and critical financial metrics
  • Participate in assigned project initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in consolidation processes for publicly traded companies or within auditing firms
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with impairment assessments
  • Expertise in SAP SEM-BCS and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluency in both English and German is highly desirable
