To strengthen our team at our Vaihingen an der Enz location, we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team as soon as possible.
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
- Ideal 2 years of previous Audit experience (big 4);
- Strong Excel skills, ERP skills;
- Must have a strong command of English, written and spoken, and be able to participate or lead meetings in English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate financials and related issues in clear business language;
- Ability to work constructively at all organizational levels, from plant operators to senior executives;
- Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadlines and performance goals;
- ITA GAAP knowledge;
- VAT or Taxation knowledge if required;
- Preparation of financial statements and statutory returns;
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of GL accounting experience;
- Balance accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) certification;
- Masters degree;
- Business and accounting education according to German accounting standards;
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Excel skills;
- Experience with payroll accounting;
- Experience with Germany VAT;
- German native language;
- Must have a strong command of English and German, written and spoken, and be able to participate or lead meetings in English and German;
- Previous experience working in an audit environment or a multinational organization with 2+ years of finance/accounting experience;
- Advantage to have 2+ years of experience with SAP accounting;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate financials and related issues in clear business language (German and English);
- Ability to work constructively at all organizational levels, from plant operators to senior executives;
- Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadlines and performance goals;
