As a key member of our sales team at SPAETER Gruppe, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the aluminum trade sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • You will represent SPAETER Gruppe at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand.
  • You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial supplies sector.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • You are a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with CRM systems.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel.
  • You are passionate about working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
