About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at New Yorker. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform display decisions and optimize store layouts
  • Collaborate with the retail team to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays and in-store promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends and visual merchandising best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a relevant field, such as design, marketing, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
