Job Summary

We are seeking a Working Student to join our team, providing project management support, risk and dependency management, meeting preparation, and executive presentation preparation. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a similar field, with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project management support across projects
  • Risk and dependency management
  • Meeting preparation
  • Executive presentation preparation

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a similar field
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Background in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Scrum)
  • Fluency in oral and written English is a must, German is beneficial
  • Experience with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in PowerPoint presentation creation and working with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate has completed internship(s) or working student jobs in a similar field
  • Experienced in working with multicultural teams
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
