Position Overview: The Medical Products Division is seeking a Strategic Marketer to support our Vascular Team focusing on the Central European Market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role involves the formulation and implementation of product, marketing, educational, and customer engagement strategies to enhance our Vascular Product Portfolio (Aortic / Peripheral), ensuring effective product lifecycle management and revenue enhancement in collaboration with key departments within our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. This position allows for remote work from various locations within Germany. Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, competitive environment, and customer needs to identify regional commercial opportunities and product pipelines.
  • Tailor and execute global and regional marketing initiatives by developing localized marketing and educational strategies, including the organization of local customer engagements (e.g., Congresses & Events) and tactical plans.
  • Cultivate relationships and develop advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the regional level.
  • Oversee local marketing investments and establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in contracting and tenders in collaboration with the Provider Sales & Marketing team, ensuring adherence to regional pricing guidelines.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge of our Aortic / Peripheral Product Portfolio and provide product and clinical training to customers, business partners, and Gore Associates.
  • Support local product lifecycle management.
  • Drive product go-to-market strategies and launch execution in alignment with regional launch plans, considering local regulatory requirements and pricing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with a proven history of at least 3 years in a Product Manager capacity.
  • Solid understanding of the implantable medical device sector is essential; familiarity with the vascular market is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively network with clinical customers, particularly key opinion leaders.
  • Proven skills in prioritization, planning, and influencing across functions.
  • Capability to interpret scientific and clinical literature and data.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel overnight (up to 50%).
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the vascular market and associated products.
  • Established relationships with KOLs.
