**About the Role**:We are looking for a Field Sales Associate (FSA) (f/m/d) to join our PSD Alternative Energy & Storage Market Facing team in EMEA. EMEA is a high growth region for Alternative Energy and expansion of our Sales Team is needed. Our highest growth area is in PEM Water Electrolysis. In this role, located in Europe, you will be responsible for expanding and initiating long-term customer relationships with customers throughout the value chain to secure existing projects and win new ones. You will also develop and execute the account strategy to achieve top line revenue forecast.

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sustainable revenue growth with our venting products, Fuel Cell products but with a focus on Water Electrolysis products in territory and at top Key Accounts by creating a healthy opportunity funnel
- Drive business growth through finding new customers or unlocking growth within underperforming current customers
- Proactively own and drive, review and update key account plans and customer engagement strategies with Global account team, with a particular focus on stack and system makers in the value chain
- Build excellent connection/engagement with multiple functions’ up to and including the C-level decision makers at Customer’s organization
- Sell and understand high value technically differentiated products
- Consultative selling with technically oriented customers, as well as market and commercial contacts
- Negotiate pricing and long-term contracts in close relation with Product Specialists and leadership
- Partner with Sales Operations to monitor customer purchases relative to contracts, blanket orders, and supply chain dynamics

**Required Qualifications**:

- University graduate in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years technical sales experience in related industrial market
- Proven strategic & value selling skills
- Demonstrate ability to understand and translate customer requirement into commercial needs
- Skilled in negotiation planning as well as influencing and challenging customers during negotiations
- People oriented and team cooperation
- Good communication and presentation skills in English would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel min. 50% primarily in EU region

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Utilize Gore sales tools including Salesforce, Blue sheets, Account plans, call reports and a Territory Plan to effectively manage the territory
- Provide competitive intelligence of products, strategies, tactics, prices, terms, etc.
