Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our international team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our product portfolio and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the further development of our product portfolio and sales strategy.
  • Support the development of our new Partner Management Program.
  • Create presentations for customers and internal purposes.
  • Conduct market, competition, and customer analyses.
  • Support worldwide sales campaigns and coordinate with international colleagues.
  • Perform research work using various sources.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a management, business administration, or engineering course of study.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with knowledge of German an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, goal-oriented, and confident appearance.
  • Enjoy working with international colleagues and customers.
  • High analytical thinking ability and independent work style.
