Strategic Manager for Global Business Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Global Strategy to lead business strategy projects on corporate or divisional level, driving the transformation of HARTMANN into a best-in-class player in its future business segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a sparring partner for our business divisions and regions in developing winning strategies
  • Drive deep analysis of complex strategic implications and develop insights to drive profitable growth and improve competitiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in executing projects and develop persuasive and highly actionable recommendations
  • Project examples may cover the full spectrum of business strategy, including assessment of new business segments, growth and investment opportunities, improving cost position, and further development of value chain and footprint

Requirements

  • Profound professional experience, ideally with a strategy/consulting background, desirably in the medtech or healthcare environment in a strategic or operational role
  • Translation of derived solution proposals for the business units through strong business acumen and own initiative
  • Outstanding analytical skills with proven excellence in strategy development, process and efficiency improvements, and successful execution
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, combined with strong project management skills
  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration, natural science, medicine, or engineering
  • Fluent in German and English
