HRS, a pioneer in business travel, is revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology. As a Working Student Engagement Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of business travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the supply team to launch campaigns and optimize editorial content
  • Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance and subject line effectiveness
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to learn about engagement and lifecycle marketing, working with a passionate team that leverages top-notch technology to send personalized multichannel campaigns. You will have the chance to work independently, reliably, and diligently, with a high level of self-motivation and organizational talent.

Requirements
  • Marketing/Communication student with a passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about engagement and lifecycle marketing
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
  • Based in Cologne and willing to work at our Headquarters in the city center
