The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is a Business Unit within HRS Group, responsible for managing and developing the company's e-commerce platforms. Our mission is to deliver growth and sustainable profitability by enhancing customer loyalty and unlocking additional potentials through optimized supplier management.

Position: Working Student Engagement Marketing

We are seeking a talented Working Student Engagement Marketing to join our team in Cologne. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, including email and push notifications. You will work closely with other teams, such as supply, to launch your campaigns and optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns, including email and push notifications
  • Collaborate with other teams to launch campaigns and optimize their performance
  • Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance
Requirements:
  • Marketing/Communication student with a passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about engagement and lifecycle marketing
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of self-motivation, organizational talent, and goal-oriented

Location, Mobility, and Incentive

The attractive remuneration package includes a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment, and mobility. You will be based in Cologne and work at our headquarters in the city center.
