Job Title: Working Student Engagement Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Engagement Marketing to join our team in Cologne. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, collaborating with other teams to launch campaigns, and optimizing editorial campaigns to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign management: Set up engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notification) and collaborate with other teams such as supply.
  • Copywriting: Support on crafting the campaign message based on our brand guidelines and supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance via e.g. subject line tests.
Requirements:
  • Marketing/Communication student
  • Passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push
  • You enjoy working on a team and collaborating with other stakeholders
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, organizational talent, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently, and well-structured
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
  • You are based in Cologne and enjoy working at our Headquarters in the city center
