About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Development to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for identifying new projects and opportunities for the Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands in Italy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new development opportunities for our brands in Italy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and consultants in Italy.
  • Analyze and negotiate new developments and conversion opportunities.
  • Represent the company externally as our brand ambassador in Italy.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in the Italian property market, a strong network of contacts, and excellent communication skills. You should be motivated, dynamic, proactive, and keen to drive the growth of our Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands.
