About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Nativex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the performance marketing space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to meet company revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and executives to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to implement overall sales plans and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Partner with customer success managers to deliver exceptional results and drive customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in performance digital marketing, with a strong network of relationships with digital-first clients from Germany.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
