Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Datacenter Logistics Team Lead to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-4 employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our datacenter logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of employees in a commercial warehouse environment
  • Implement and maintain quality routines FLEX-5S/POP/XSITE
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Manage and document warehouse movements in the EDV system
  • Report, document, and resolve process disruptions
  • Implement emergency procedures in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Coordinate, motivate, and lead employees in your area of responsibility
  • Communicate relevant matters to employees
  • Be the point of contact for employees in your area of responsibility

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A successful completed commercial or business education
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good German and English language skills are an advantage
  • Good communication and motivation skills
  • Engaged, reliable, and responsible behavior
  • A structured and sustainable approach to task and goal implementation
  • A high level of stress tolerance, flexibility, and self-responsibility
