About the Role
As an MEP Construction Superintendent, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing MEP subcontractors on construction sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction schedules for MEP installations, coordinating with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide on-site supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor progress against established schedules and budgets, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain clear communication channels with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to design standards.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in MEP construction. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A technical degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Several years of hands-on experience managing MEP subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems and installation practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
