Senior Project Manager TGA-Gewerke

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager TGA-Gewerke / Superintendent MEP Works to join our team at HOCHTIEF. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of TGA-Nachunternehmer on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational management of TGA-Nachunternehmer on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
- Development of detailed project schedules with TGA-Nachunternehmer, covering all project phases from planning to completion, including handover and documentation.
- Coordination of logistics, temporary site arrangements, and interface management with other trades.
- Collaboration with the project manager to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supporting the project manager in preparing for project handover and acceptance.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a technician or master craftsman, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Several years of experience in the TGA sector.
- High level of technical understanding and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe.
