Senior Project Manager TGA-Gewerke

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our TGA-Gewerke (MEP Works) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of TGA-Nachunternehmer on site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the agreed quality standards.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, working closely with TGA-Nachunternehmer to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, site preparation, and temporary works, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Interface with other trades, coordinating activities and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Support the project team in preparing for project handover, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in TGA-Gewerke (MEP Works) project management. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (Techniker, Meister, or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in TGA-Gewerke (MEP Works) project management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in German and English languages (written and spoken).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe.
