Job Title: Aircraft Engine Technician

Cargolux Airlines International SA, a leading all-cargo airline in Europe, is seeking a skilled Aircraft Engine Technician to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex maintenance tasks on aircraft engines and components.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

• Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft engines and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine issues.
• Install and remove engine components.
• Maintain and operate shop tooling and equipment.
• Provide verbal and written handover to team members and superiors.

Requirements:

• At least a Technical Diploma (e.g., CATP, DAP) or equivalent level of education.
• Minimum three years' experience in engine maintenance.
• Good understanding of schematics, drawings, manuals, and working procedures.
• Mature attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken).

Benefits:

• Full-time position based in Luxembourg.
• Rotating shift schedule (early and late shift), Monday-Friday.
• A Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection.
• Regular presence required, vacations and other absences to be planned respecting shop needs.
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of employment.
• The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of employment.
• Occasionally may be asked to work outside normal working schedule, but still within Luxembourg law and Collective Work Agreement regulations.
