Join Our Team as an Innovation Management Intern

Covestro is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Innovation Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable innovation processes and approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in strategic, interdisciplinary projects in an international environment, including the conception and organization of training on intrapreneurship and innovation methods.
  • Prepare concepts and presentations, as well as internal communication and marketing activities on the topics of sustainability and innovation.
  • Prepare, implement, and follow up on workshops and campaigns to find, evaluate, or further develop ideas.
  • Support the supervision of the Covestro Ideas Platform and the cross-sectoral innovation community.
  • Implement smaller own projects.
Requirements:
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, social sciences, or design.
  • You are interested and passionate about innovation, corporate culture, and transformation processes.
  • You have a quick understanding and analytical skills, as well as a systematic, solution-oriented way of working.
  • You show willingness for professional and personal development and are strong in communication.
  • You are committed, motivated, team-capable, and show initiative and thus contribute to the success of our company.
  • You have very good German and good English language skills.
  • You are available for an internship period of five to six months.
