Internship in Innovation Management with a Focus on Project Coordination

Are you interested in contributing to sustainable innovations within a corporate environment?

We are seeking an intern for our Innovation Management department, part of the Innovation & Sustainability division, where you will experience a vibrant work atmosphere. This position will immerse you in project management responsibilities, allowing you to refine your skills under the guidance of seasoned project managers. You will collaborate within a project team, employing both traditional and agile project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives focused on innovation and sustainability across various departments.
  • Create project documentation and engaging presentations.
  • Support the digital transformation and automation of project activities, including the integration of AI technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate project meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in economics, natural sciences, business chemistry, industrial engineering, or related disciplines.
  • A strong inclination towards organized work and a readiness to embrace new methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on solutions.
  • Eager for both professional and personal development, with outstanding communication skills.
  • A committed, motivated team player who demonstrates initiative.
  • Fluent in German and possesses a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Available for a six-month internship opportunity.
