Agency Partnership Business Developer

Award-winning AWIN AG is seeking a highly motivated Agency Partnership Business Developer to join our dynamic team in DACH region.
As an Agency Partnership Business Developer, you will be responsible for working closely with AWIN's agency partners to ensure their needs are met and they are kept up-to-date with our products, technology, and partners. You will identify opportunities to increase the volume of agency business through new business opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling Awin products, partner solutions, and technology contributing to overall Awin success.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in affiliate marketing or a related online marketing discipline. Native-level German speaker with business fluency in English is required. Understanding of all performance marketing channels is essential. Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a flexible four-day week, remote working allowance, pension, and professional development opportunities.
