Job Summary
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer agreements, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize shipping orders in our warehouse management system
- Monitor timely receipt of goods and manage inventory levels
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring efficient logistics operations
- Prepare and manage freight documents, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Archive documents and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Completed training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or similar business-related education
- Experience in warehouse logistics and order processing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Independent and cost-conscious work ethic, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail
- Structured and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction
