About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NOERPEL. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth transportation and timely delivery of freight and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the disposition of shipments and freight in the national charter market
- Support the planning and deployment of our fleet and/or subcontractors within our area of responsibility
- Monitor and track shipment and delivery schedules, as well as handle customer complaints and issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and our internal teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
