About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at NOERPEL. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer agreements. You will oversee and control the incoming and outgoing material flows based on available resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize shipping orders in the warehouse management system
  • Monitor timely material receipt bookings
  • Accept notifications and allocate loading and unloading time slots
  • Control incoming and outgoing trucks
  • Prepare freight documents
  • Archive documents

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A completed education as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial education
  • Experience in the field of logistics, preferably in the service industry, as well as processing commercial orders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Self-motivated and cost-conscious work
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
