About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of various projects across supply chain planning, production planning, execution, and plant maintenance solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project planning, set-up, testing, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project planning and set-up process, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Process Managers, Application Specialists, Developers, Key Users, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to project teams, program management, and other stakeholders
  • Support active change and adoption management through intensive communication with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong track record in leading IT projects in complex international organizations, with experience in change management or similar
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning, production, and plant maintenance processes, with expertise in optimizing and streamlining these areas
  • Proven experience with projects based on cloud and non-cloud technologies, including SAP and Blue Yonder
  • Proficiency in project management methods and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project, with initial expertise in agile methods
  • Fluent English and German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams
