Your Role

  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Design and implement holistic sales strategies, encompassing customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure seamless sales activities, including administration and logistics, to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order entry and order handling, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Regularly update and monitor customer master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and draft contracts, as well as manage customer accounts, to foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement promotional measures in consultation with Sales Management, contributing to sales projects and driving business results.
  • Engage with customers through visits and trade fair attendance, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.

      Your Profile

      • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
      • Initial professional experience in the sale of meat B2B, with a strong understanding of the industry.
      • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
      • Excellent level of English and Dutch, with reliability and a flair for organisation.
      • An independent and motivated working style, with a high degree of initiative and a passion for sales and business development.
