People Operations Specialist

The RoleWe're seeking a People Partner to join our People Operations Team in Berlin. As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you'll provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of People Operations. You'll build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of Zattooies, using your positive energy, experience, and expertise to design and deliver fit-for-purpose People solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, talent development, and career progression
- Support and advise leaders and team members on performance management and employment challenges
- Develop strong trust-based relationships across stakeholders to understand the needs of our Zattooies
- Closely collaborate with other People Team functions to deliver best-in-class people and leadership support
- Ensure compliance and follow-up of processes, projects, and policies
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using data and insights to inform our People roadmap
- Manage processes and administration in our HRIS tool (Personio)
- Own the planning, design, and execution of your roadmap deliverables in alignment with our company values and People strategy
- 5+ years of experience in People/HR
- Successfully partnered with roles in Product and Commercial focus of scaling tech companies
- Relevant experience in multiple areas of People (HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits)
- Full proficiency in both German and English
- Solid knowledge of German employment practices and labor relations
- Track record of People projects owned and implemented across business units
- Proactive and confident communicator to partner at senior leadership level
