People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized People Operations Manager to join our team at AMBOSS. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global team of over 500 employees, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Offer administrative support to our global team, including managing our ticketing system Zendesk and prioritizing employee queries.
- Contribute to and take charge of People Operations projects, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
- Prepare and issue various documents, including contracts, side letters, amendments, certificates, and reference letters.
- Support our monthly (international) payroll operations and maintain accurate employee records within our HRIS.
- Collaborate with the Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team on cross-departmental projects.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and 2-5 years of experience in People Operations functions.
- An eye for detail and commitment to confidentiality to ensure sensitive matters are handled with care and professionalism.
- A proactive working style, characterized by a high level of service orientation and excellent communication skills in German and English.
