Solutions Consultant Manager Automotive/Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Consultant Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Solutions Consulting team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Solutions Consultants to provide technical guidance and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants to provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Solutions Consultant team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Work closely with the District Sales Manager to develop a technical strategy that accelerates growth and drives customer success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and drive business growth.
- Present to customers as an expert in your area, discussing competitor products and positioning Palo Alto Networks as the best alternative.
- Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to build requirements and product features for large customers and provide feedback from customers.
- Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading technical strategic engagements at large customers.
- Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness of our roadmap and technology development efforts.
- Knowledge of competitor offerings and products would be beneficial.
- Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
- Proven track record as a people manager for experienced professionals.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Quota driven attitude focused on client's best solution by being a trusted advisor.
- Business level German and proficiency in the English language.
