Our company, logistik-consultants | Baykolog GmbH, is a leading executive search firm specializing in logistics and supply chain management. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and a proven track record of driving business growth. Fluency in English and German is a must, with additional language skills a plus. Experience in logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Achieving business objectives by defining action plans based on analysis of performance data
  • Scouting new business opportunities and developing existing ones
  • Diversifying our business and customer portfolio
