Internal Sales Representative

Job Description

We are a leading supplier of new and reconditioned machines for the food industry, and we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders in the machines and accessories segment
  • Manage customer relationships and key accounts
  • Process orders in the spare parts sales office
  • Prepare customer quotations for spare parts and follow up on pending offers
  • Process and assist with spare parts orders for area sales managers
  • Schedule spare parts and materials
  • Order spare parts for specific orders
  • Monitor agreed delivery dates
  • Check incoming invoices (user-pays principle)
  • Process invoices for spare parts deliveries
  • Responsible for the dunning process in your own customer base
  • Handle warranties for spare parts distribution
Requirements:
  • Several years of professional experience and qualification as an industrial clerk
  • Good knowledge of technology or technical qualification with a commercial background
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Strong quality consciousness and cost consciousness
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of the NAVISION software and confident use of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn
