Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate technical dependencies to guide project priorities and set technical direction within complex projects.
  • Provide timely guidance and feedback to team members, helping them recognize strengths and development opportunities.
  • Interpret technical specifications, data sheets, and schematics to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement requirements management tools and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools like DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Capterra, and Visure.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Rally, and Azure Dev Ops.
  • Strong understanding of embedded software development, including test, architecture, and coding.
  • Knowledge of electrical hardware development, including microprocessors and power management.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity development and ISO 21434 objectives.
