Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
We are seeking a (Senior) Creator Success Manager to forge lasting partnerships with top-tier creators and esteemed brands globally. This role requires a robust background in creator management, a passion for the creator economy, and a keen understanding of social media and the evolving landscape of social commerce. You will be responsible for all facets of creator acquisition, from developing strategic initiatives to executing and assessing marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and testing new avenues for creator acquisition
- Optimizing existing campaigns through innovative A/B testing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with leading creators worldwide and connecting them with premium brands
- Guiding creators from inception to success using zezam's advanced technology
Who You Are:
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in creator management, you possess a solid understanding of influencer marketing, agency operations, or talent management. You approach challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit and view them as opportunities for growth.
- You excel in effective communication and have a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with both creators and brands
- You are enthusiastic about expanding the creator success team in a dynamic environment
- Your expertise lies in understanding creators' needs and aspirations, facilitating their development
- You are meticulous in planning and executing projects with scientific precision
- You are proficient in English at a professional level
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
