Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We Are Looking For:
We are in search of a (Senior) Creator Success Manager who will forge lasting connections with top creators and premium brands globally. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in creator management, a passion for the creator economy, and a keen understanding of social media and the future of social commerce. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of creator acquisition, from strategy development to campaign execution and assessment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying and testing new channels for creator acquisition
- Improving existing campaigns through A/B testing of innovative ideas
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with top creators worldwide and connecting them with premium brands
- Guiding creators from initial engagement to sustainable income using zezam's technology
Who You Are:
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in creator management, you have a solid foundation in influencer marketing, agency operations, or talent management. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and view challenges as opportunities for growth.
- You excel in effective communication and have a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with creators and brands
- You are excited about the prospect of expanding the creator success team in a dynamic environment
- Your strength lies in understanding creators' needs and aspirations, and supporting their development
- You approach project planning and execution with meticulous attention to detail
- You are proficient in English at a professional level
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
