Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We Are Looking For:
We are in search of a (Senior) Creator Success Manager to forge lasting connections with top creators and premium brands globally. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in creator management, a passion for the creator economy, social media, and the future of social commerce. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of creator acquisition, from strategy formulation to campaign execution and assessment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying and testing new avenues for creator acquisition
- Optimizing existing campaigns through A/B testing of innovative ideas
- Building enduring partnerships with top creators worldwide and connecting them with premium brands
- Guiding creators in their journey from inception to sustainable income using zezam's technology
Who You Are:
With a minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional creator manager, you possess a solid foundation in influencer marketing, agency operations, or talent management. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and view new challenges as opportunities for growth.
- You excel in effective communication and have a proven history of nurturing lasting relationships with creators and brands
- You are eager to lay the groundwork for expanding the creator success team in a dynamic environment
- Your strength lies in collaborating with creators, understanding their needs and aspirations, and supporting their development
- You meticulously plan and execute projects with scientific precision
- You are proficient in English at a professional level
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
